Went back to Bay after receiving a bad service elsewhere and its definitely where i will be staying now! Staff are just lovely and have all precautions and PPE in place. Products smell and feel lovely and had a lovely hair cut as well. Very happy ...

Felt super comfortable at the salon. I love the vibe, not having too many people in at once, and Abi was amazing. She stayed well beyond closing time just to finish my hair and I LOVE it. Can’t wait to come back! :)
